Role/Responsibilities
- Design and build model-driven apps: forms, views, tabs, charts, dashboards and multi-stage BPFs with stage gates
- Design the Dataverse data model (tables, columns, relationships) and set up security roles, business units and team access
- Build Power Automate cloud flows and plug-ins (C#/.NET) for business logic and integrations
- Integrate with Azure using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, custom connectors and Kusto/KQL
- Own solution ALM: managed and unmanaged solutions across Dev, QA and Prod, with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and safe deployment practices
- Design scalable, secure solutions and handle performance, API limits and data volume
- Provide L2/L3 production support, fix bugs with root-cause analysis, and run regression tests before each release
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Hands-on with model-driven apps, Business Process Flows (BPF), Dataverse
- Safe deployments: setting strategy, managed solutions, release gates and approvals, rollback planning
- Solution design for scalability, security and performance
Desired Qualifications
- Kusto/KQL, Power BI, Canvas apps, PCF controls
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, MB-210
- Experience with Microsoft internal or enterprise programs and Agile/Scrum
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $50.00 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $53.00 per hour

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
