Infinity Support Services is looking for reliable, compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Rockhampton, as a Full-Time position.

We are seeking workers who genuinely enjoy supporting people to live independently, build confidence and participate in their community. This is a great opportunity for support workers looking for ongoing work with a supportive and growing NDIS provider.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker with Infinity, you may provide support across a range of areas including:

- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Community access and social participation
- Household tasks and meal preparation
- Transport and appointments
- Medication assistance
- Supporting clients to work towards their NDIS goals
- Completing shift notes and required documentation
- Supporting clients with complex needs and behaviours where required

Shifts may include day, afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend work, depending on client needs.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are reliable, engaging and confident in providing person-centred support.

Ideally, you will have:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or similar or relevant industry experience
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check where required




- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle and appropriate insurance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Availability across a range of shifts
- Experience supporting people with complex behaviours, mental health, psychosocial disability or high support needs will be highly regarded.
