St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a Quality and Safety Lead – Community Aged Care to strengthen quality, safety and clinical governance across our Community Aged Care program, helping ensure older Australians receive secure and person-centred care at home and in the community.
You will coordinate audits, support incident reviews, monitor risks and contribute to accreditation readiness, working with care teams and governance functions across our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offices.
