Transaction Network Services (TNS) Adelaide is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support global TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks, ensuring stability and availability of core infrastructure and Financial Markets services. You will resolve complex IP routing issues, coordinate with vendors, and participate in a 24x7 IP Desk team.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices, ITIL knowledge, and robust communication with customers.
