Rockhampton Regional Council in Gracemere is seeking a Team Leader - Rural Operations to lead critical civil construction and maintenance projects across the Region. You will manage a dedicated crew, coordinate resources, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

You will work closely with the Rural Supervisor, read and interpret construction drawings, and drive secure work practices.
