Rainbow Power Company (RPC) is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to head our in office solar, battery and stand-alone power installations in the Northern Rivers region. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality workmanship and guiding a skilled installation crew.
You will oversee installation, commissioning, fault-finding and coordination with operations, sales and project managers while mentoring team members and maintaining compliance with Australian standards.
