Compassionate Nursing Care in Mount Isa, QLD, is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, rostering and staff coordination, while driving growth and client referrals in the North West. You will manage NDIS billing, ensure compliance, and build solid relationships with NDIA, Queensland Health and NGOs.

You will onboard aged care clients, foster partnerships with providers, and support the Director on budgets and service expansion.
