Loam Bio seeks a Senior Project Engineer to own FurrowMate, Loam's air-injection delivery system, through its full hardware lifecycle—from concept and detailed design to manufacturing and on-farm installation. You will collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and fabrication partners to deliver reliable, scalable hardware for growers.

You will lead design-for-manufacture, manage external vendors, supervise installation, and ensure protected operation while driving continuous improvements.
