Northline is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring satisfaction with our freight and logistics solutions. You’ll be the first contact for inquiries, handling calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and accuracy.

You’ll join a casual team working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm. Prior experience in customer service, call centres, hospitality or retail is valued to support a energetic network.
