The Hr Ally is seeking an experienced AWS Connect Technical Lead / Senior Engineer to design, implement, integrate and optimise Amazon Connect solutions in Australia. You will provide technical leadership across engineering, architecture and operations, driving automation and best practices.

Key focus areas include architecture, contact flows, Lex integrations, APIs, Lambda, security, and analytics integrations within enterprise-scale environments.
