Life Without Barriers in Hobart is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the establishment of a current Youth Bail Support Program. The role focuses on intensive, community-based support for young people on bail, building strong partnerships and delivering high-quality services.
You will oversee MAPSS and Placement Preservation Support, recruit and develop Youth Advocates, and ensure trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice across the program.
