Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Commis Chef to support the preparation, cooking and presentation across our luxury kitchen operations. You will gain hands-on experience across Atelier, Club Millésime, Le Rivage, Breakfast, In-Room Dining, Esprit Noir and Champagne Bar while learning from experienced chefs.

You will join a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and a proactive attitude, with opportunities for development through Sofitel and the Accor network.
