Key responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs, construction estimates and project budgets.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare development feasibility assessments, cash flow forecasts and profitability analysis.
- Research comparable sales and liaise with agents on market appraisals.
- Coordinate consultants, drawings, planning approvals and building permits.
- Prepare tender packages, trade scopes and documentation for the construction team.
- Assist the construction team with procurement, material selections, orders and delivery coordination.
- Track RFIs, drawing revisions, variations and outstanding project requirements.
- Assist with progress claims, cost tracking and project reporting.
- Coordinate completion documentation, occupancy permits, subdivision and title requirements.
- Liaise with real estate agents and conveyancers on sales, contracts and settlements.




- Coordinate purchaser inspections, defects follow-up and property handovers.
- Reconcile final project costs against feasibility budgets.

About you

- Experience in residential estimating, development feasibility or project coordination.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Understanding of Victorian residential development and approval processes.
- Robust Excel, estimating and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant qualifications and experience with townhouse developments will be highly regarded.
