GenesisCare in Albury is seeking a Patient Services Officer (Medical Administration) to join our busy clinic on a permanent full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for patients as they arrive and throughout their journey.

You will support the clinical team with appointments, patient records, billing and inquiries, balancing priorities in a busy workplace while working confidently both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
