Dentsu is recruiting a Director (AI Engineering) to establish AI engineering as a discipline and drive a portfolio of AI-driven marketing products. You will own architecture, evaluation standards and guardrails while delivering multiple products in production.
This is a permanent role with a hybrid setup in Sydney or Melbourne. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape AI strategy and market-facing capabilities, accelerating Dentsu’s AI initiatives through 2027.
