SEKO Logistics is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate for our warehouse operations. You will address day-to-day customer needs, work with operations to resolve issues, and prepare shipping documents.

The role requires basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, WMS, and accurate data entry, plus solid communication in English. Base pay is $18–$25 USD per hour with an annual incentive bonus, and SEKO offers comprehensive health and retirement benefits.
