The Coffee Club, part of Minor DKL Food Group, invites applications for a hands-on leadership role in Victoria. You will own the Victorian sales plan, lead a team across cafes, wholesale and distributor accounts, and balance strategic selling with hands-on execution.

You will develop strategies to hit revenue targets, coach a high-performing VIC team, win recent accounts, grow distributor relationships, and provide forecasting to the leadership team.
