Run your own store, hands-on and on the floor, with a team of 10 to 15. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, done with your team, not from an office. If you love being on the floor, you'll love this. No Sunday hours. Every second Saturday off.

Three days off in a row every second weekend. That's rare in retail. Here, it's just how we roster. The Reject Shop is growing across Melbourne Southeast, opening current stores and strengthening the teams.
