The HR Ally is seeking a Lead Data Manager to lead the data analytics team across multiple states (QLD, VIC, ACT, SA). The role focuses on data analysis, governance, and Power BI reporting to drive business insights and performance.

You will work on data governance using Microsoft Purview, develop dashboards, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality analytics to inform decisions. This is a 12-month contract with opportunities for impact and skilled growth.
