Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the General Surgical Ward at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in Adelaide. You will guide nursing care, support your team and drive patient outcomes with clinical leadership.

You will manage rosters, staffing and ward resources, coach staff, drive evidence-based care, and build partnerships across the multidisciplinary team to ensure secure, patient-centred care.
