Darling Downs Health seeks a Headspace Consultation Liaison Clinician to support young people in navigating mental health care within a connected, team-oriented system. You will work across services with clinicians and families to improve access and outcomes for adolescents and young adults.

You will deliver specialist mental health support, build partnerships, lead transitions between services, and mentor staff to enhance capability across teams.
