Schindler Lifts Australia seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy inner-west Sydney service team. You will report to the area Service Operations Manager, with approximately 10 direct reports and P&L; responsibilities.

The role blends office duties with field visits, meetings, and monthly toolbox sessions. You will be the first contact for customers, delivering high-quality services and coaching a team of technicians to foster open communication and a safety culture.
