Escape IT Pty Ltd, an Adelaide-based IT service provider, is hiring an IT Support Engineer (Level 2) for a full time hybrid role based in Mile End, SA, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. You will handle escalated issues, provide remote and on-site support, and drive incidents and service requests to timely resolution.

Day-to-day duties include troubleshooting hardware/software/network problems, Microsoft 365 admin, and SharePoint Online design and migrations.
