KOS International Talent Group is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer to lead cross-border project investments in Australia. The role covers the full lifecycle from term sheet to completion and exit, including drafting complex agreements and coordinating external counsel.

You will manage post-completion obligations, handle FIRB and government approvals, and drive the development of standard documents and deal processes across time zones in a small team.
