Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to provide care and support for children and young people in out-of-home care or at risk within families. You will be the primary caregiver during your shift, helping develop life skills, routines and healthy habits in a trauma-informed framework.

You will collaborate with the Coordinator and Service Manager to deliver consistent care, write case notes, and contribute to a secure, supportive team environment.
