Precision Labour Hire is seeking a reliable and motivated Pick Packer with a forklift ticket to join a busy chemical manufacturing facility in Lytton.

The role is primarily focused on manual order picking and packing, with approximately 90% manual handling and 10% forklift operation. This is an ongoing opportunity suited to someone who enjoys hands‑on work and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

The Role

Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm | Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm | $33.50 per hour

Ongoing chance

Manual order picking and packing

Forklift operation as required

Palletising, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch

General production and manual handling duties

Quality checks and maintaining a clean, organised work area

Following all workplace health and safety procedures

To be considered, you will need





- Current Australian LF Forklift Licence – essential
- 6 months forklift experience minimum
- Pick packing and manual handling experience
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling
- Reliable, safety-focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environmenat
- Own reliable transport and current driver's licence, as public transport is not available
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Long cotton drill pants, Long‑sleeved yellow hi‑vis cotton shirt & Steel‑capped boots

Important PPE Requirement

Cotton PPE is mandatory in this chemical manufacturing environment. Polyester and other synthetic clothing will not be permitted.
