You will take carriageofmid- to large-scale building projects, remaining closely involved from concept through to construction-stage problem-solving. The role balances hands-on technical work with mentoring and coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility without being removed from engineering.

Design exp includes:

- Structural design of complex, design-focused buildings
- End-to-end involvement from concept design through construction support
- Regular interaction with site teams to resolve real engineering issues
- Coordination with architects, services engineers, builders, and clients
- Contribution to technically challenging, architecturally ambitious projects

- Leading structural design packages and technical direction
- Maintaining design quality through delivery,

- You have5+ years’ experience in local building design
- Your background is firmly within astructural design consultancy
- You are comfortable using tools such asETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass, or Microstran

- You enjoy technical problem-solving and supporting others’ development
