Amazon Leo is seeking a hands-on Lab Engineer to own the setup, maintenance, and qualification of lab equipment used to test battery cells and packs for space applications.

You will manage your own queue, work with engineers, and mentor new teammates while delivering repeatable, traceable test results and 5S-compliant lab operations. This role is based in the WA/Redmond area with robust collaboration across teams.
