St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join the Rehab at Home team in Brisbane. You will deliver in-home assessments and evidence-based rehabilitation programs, supporting patients after elective orthopaedic surgery while working across a multidisciplinary team.

You will use digital health tools to maintain continuity of care, develop personalised treatment plans, and help patients regain mobility and independence in their own homes, with autonomy and ongoing
