Bell Automotive Group is opening its newest site, Bell Collision Repair Centre - Albury, and we’re looking for a friendly, confident Customer Service Officer to be the face of our front counter from the very beginning.

As part of a multi-site group with locations across Victoria and regional NSW, we take pride in being Australia’s most Respected collision repair group. This is a rare chance to help shape the customer experience at a brand-new site and grow with us.

About the role

As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the main point of contact between our customers and the repair centre. You’ll guide customers through the repair process from first enquiry to vehicle pickup, making sure they feel informed, looked after and confident in our work.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Welcoming customers and answering enquiries about our repair services
- Booking repair appointments and coordinating with our technicians
- Helping customers understand the scope and cost of their repairs
- Liaising with insurance companies to submit claims and resolve any issues




- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs
- Processing payments, preparing invoices and collecting insurance excesses
- Handling customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintaining accurate customer records, repair orders and claim details
- General administration, including phones, filing and customer communications

About you

- A positive attitude and friendly, approachable nature
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A professional, confident manner and a positive approach to change
- Good computer skills, including CRM systems and standard office applications
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment
- Experience with iBody
- Knowledge of auto body repair processes and terminology
