Island Gold Coast is seeking a Venue Manager for Goldies, our premier space on the Gold Coast. This full time role covers breakfast through dinner, leading a front-of-house team across three services in a busy 7-day operation.
You will recruit, train and develop staff, manage rosters and budgets, and partner with the kitchen on menu launches while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership position at Goldies.
