Ready to bring your media operations experience to a broader regional leadership role?

MAARS is partnering with a global advertising technology and creative services business to appoint a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing operations across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, Singapore and Malaysia.

Reporting to the Global Operations Director, you’ll lead day-to-day operational performance, connect teams across markets and turn opportunities for improvement into practical results.

The prospect

You’ll work across client delivery, digital activation and shared services, ensuring teams have the processes, direction and support to deliver consistently.

Your remit will include:

- Leading and coordinating teams across multiple markets and time zones
- Improving service delivery, workflows and operational performance
- Driving regional projects, operational transitions and digital activation expansion
- Resolving complex delivery issues and financial escalations




- Working with sales and international stakeholders to support client retention and new business opportunities

What you’ll bring

You’ll have proven operations management experience within media, advertising technology, creative services or campaign delivery, together with strong people leadership and commercial judgement.

We’re particularly interested in people who have:

- Led teams and taken responsibility for operational delivery
- Delivered measurable improvements to processes, service or performance
- Managed complex stakeholder relationships across functions or markets
- Used data and reporting to identify issues and guide decisions
- Combined hands-on problem-solving with the ability to lead change

Experience across international markets is highly valued, with exposure to Japan or Southeast Asia an advantage.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a substantial regional remit, influence how a global business operates and work closely with international leadership.
