CommBank is seeking an Engineering Manager and Squad Tech Lead for the Customer Digital & AI team to build self-service experiences delivered to customers through Companion, NetBank and the CommBank App.

You will lead a multidisciplinary squad, contribute to production code, set technical direction and architecture, and help the team ship across web, mobile and backend services. You’ll partner with Product and Design, drive CI/CD, observability, security and enable growth opportunities.
