HR Advisor role, temporary with option to become permanent, based in Ingleburn. Your new company Join an established secure manufacturing organisation based in Ingleburn, operating within a highly regulated environment and supporting major government and commercial clients. The business has a long-standing workforce and is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support its Sydney operations. Your new role This is an initial 4-month opportunity with the option to become permanent. Working closely with the wider HR team, you will provide hands-on HR support with a strong focus on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. You will advise managers on performance, conduct and workplace matters, support union discussions and negotiations, attend employee meetings, coach leaders on HR best practice and manage day-to-day ER/IR matters, as well as assisting in the HRIS implementation. What you'll need to succeed Strong HR Advisor experience, particularly across ER/IR and employee relations,
