Qualifications & experience AHPRA Registration – Required Australian Drivers License – Required Current Police Check – Required NDIS Worker Screening – Desirable NDIS experience or knowledge – Desirable Strong communication skills Tasks & responsibilities Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments. Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and / or recovery. Conduct functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
