Des's Cabs in Whyalla is seeking a motivated Call Centre & Dispatch Operator for a Casual Hire, with opportunities to transition to Permanent Part Time. You will support 24/7 bookings and dispatch across 10 taxi fleets, contributing to a responsive customer service team.

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, you will handle bookings, coordinate with drivers and customers, and manage escalations while working a rotating roster including overnights, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
