BlueCare in Brisbane is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred community care across Recent Farm, Hamilton, Kedron and surrounding areas. This permanent part-time position involves visiting clients at home, assessing needs and implementing care plans to improve quality of life.

You will spend most days on the road, working autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain clinical quality and safety.
