About you

Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent) and [3-5+] years of experience

Strong skills in [cutting / balayage / blonding / colour correction / etc.]

A portfolio or social media presence that shows your work

The opportunity

We’re looking for a first year apprentice to join our team and complete a Certificate III in Hairdressing while earning a wage.



You’ll start with the fundamentals and build up to cutting, colouring, and styling under the guidance of our senior team.

What you’ll do

Shampoo, condition, and care for clients, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Assist stylists with colour, foils, toning, and blow‑dries

Learn consultation skills by observing and, over time, taking part

Keep the salon spotless: sweeping, laundry, restocking, sanitising tools and stations

Greet clients, make drinks, and support the front desk

Learn product knowledge and help with retail recommendations

Attend training, education nights, and team meetings

Gradually take on your own services as your skills develop

What you bring

Year 10 or equivalent completed (Year 12 is a bonus but not essential)

Right to work in Australia
