Smiths Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead brand, revenue growth and guest engagement in a luxury coastal setting. You will drive annual plans, manage key accounts and oversee digital marketing, social media and partnerships.

You will collaborate with leadership, evolve strategies with AI tools, and remain hands-on with campaigns, events and guest services during busy periods. In office role with travel to industry events.
