Brisbane Montessori School is seeking an experienced Deputy Principal to join the leadership team and drive whole‑school improvement across Early Years to Secondary. The role is the Senior Educational Leadership partner and second‑in‑command, acting for the Principal when delegated or absent.
The Deputy Principal will work with Heads of School to ensure consistency, high standards, and compliance, while fostering staff development, student wellbeing, and continuous improvement across the school.
