Community Living Options is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a team supporting a female participant with complex needs in Grenfell/ Oakden. The role includes day 2:1 support and overnight 1:1 care, requiring patience, empathy and consistent communication.
You will follow the participant’s plan, engage in daily activities, and help build routine, safety and community participation while maintaining qualified boundaries.
