MyDressbox cleans, repairs and boxes wedding gowns by mail for brides across Australia and New Zealand. Thousands of gowns done, 4.9 stars on Google, and bridal stores already sending brides our way. What's missing is someone who owns that channel. That's you.

There's no playbook and no set method. How you find, sign and grow partners is up to you: phone, email, walk-ins, socials, events, or something nobody here has tried. Shape the role around what works for you. The only rule is that it builds partners who refer.

What's worked so far

Walking into stores has signed partners. Engaging stores on socials has won some too. That's what happened without anyone owning it. Use it, beat it or ignore it.

What you'll own

The partner channel in Australia, end to end: which stores you sign, what makes them refer, and the bookings that come from it. Today it's referral cards. Tomorrow it's whatever you prove works. If it works, you keep it. If it doesn't, you drop it and say why.

You get a monthly test budget and the authority to make calls without waiting for sign-off. You send a short written update each week: what you tried, what happened, what's next. You're judged on bookings from your partners, not calls made.





You say what you need, and it gets built

You won't be building the systems yourself. You'll be specifying them. Our systems are built in-house, so whatever the program needs can be built or bought. You decide what that is: what to track, what partners should see, what's missing. Come in with a list. You'll teach yourself the current affiliate tool (GoAffPro), and if you know something better, you make the case for it.

You'll suit this if you

Have run, or worked closely inside, a partner, referral or affiliate program

Have used CRM or partner software and know what a good setup looks like

Like picking up the phone and are good at it

Can tell the story of something you sold, with numbers: what you changed and how you knew it worked

Teach yourself new tools without needing training

Write short, plain, personal messages

Know your way around social media (a bonus). Bridal experience is a bonus, not a must

$55k - $65k base (pro rata if part time) plus super, with on-target earnings of $90k - $100k in year one

Uncapped commission on your partner bookings, plus a bonus for each recent partner that starts referring

Work from home in Sydney or Melbourne, with travel to stores paid on a business case
