As our Parts Interpreter / Retail Assistant, you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable expert helping customers find exactly what they need — whether that's a replacement part, a recent mower, or advice on maintenance. We currently have positions available at our Nambour and Maleny stores.

Full-Time or Part-Time available.

Key responsibilities

Interpret parts requests and source correct components for customers and workshop staff

Provide excellent customer service both in-store and over the phone

Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control using computerised systems

Process sales transactions and handle POS systems

Assist with merchandising and maintaining a tidy showroom

Liaise with suppliers regarding parts availability and orders

Support the service department with parts identification

About you





Strong computer skills are essential — confidence navigating parts databases, inventory systems, POS software, and general office programs (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

Experience in parts interpreting, retail, or a mechanical/trade background

Knowledge of mowers, small engines, or outdoor power equipment

Friendly, approachable, and customer-first attitude

Reliable, punctual, and a great team player

Valid driver's license required; experience towing a trailer highly regarded
