Kagome Australia is seeking a Farming Manager to lead our Thule farming zone — overseeing multiple farms, a diverse workforce, and large-scale production of carrot, garlic, tomato and cereal crops.
This is a genuine leadership role, suited to someone who can manage people, resources, and outcomes across complex farming operations, with accountability for safety, quality, yield, cost, and delivery timelines.
