Optiver’s Career Kickstarter: Research is a five-day immersive program designed to accelerate your journey from university to a full time research career. You’ll gain hands-on experience in market making, options theory, and data-driven trading strategies.

You will be led by Optiver’s education team, participate in lectures, simulations, and mentoring, and potentially receive an offer for the 2028 Graduate Program.
