Senior School Social Media Communications Lead

Job Details

- Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid / Office based)
- Contract type: Permanent full‑time (35 hours per week)
- Salary: $154,231 – $178,369 + super

Key Responsibilities

- Lead engagement on transformative precinct projects that shape thriving communities across NSW.
- Represent PDNSW at community forums, stakeholder meetings and public engagement activities.
- Develop and deliver complex communication, media and brand initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships across government, industry and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑agency processes to resolve complex issues.
- Effectively manage projects, deliver timely high‑quality communications outputs.
- Provide change leadership and champion a culture of collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience

- Professional communications experience.
- Proven success delivering integrated communication and engagement strategies.
- Experience leading teams and coaching staff.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of water management or public sector environments is highly regarded.




- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
