Dialysis Australia seeks Registered Nurses (RN's) to deliver home haemodialysis care with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. The role focuses on planning patient care, education, and support for patients in Griffith ACT and surrounding regions.

You will provide direct dialysis care in patients’ homes, coordinate services, and participate in quality improvement initiatives within a friendly, qualified team. Australian working rights required.
