Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse for a temporary part time role in Wyong Hospital to deliver person-centred community nursing care. The position supports clients to maintain health and independence within the community, working across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessments, care planning, education and coordination with services, with availability for extra weekend/afternoon shifts when needed.
