Positive Shepherd Community Care, a mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization, seeks an experienced Inpatient Palliative Care and Hospice Nurse Practitioner for a full time, in-person role based at the Brighton unit. The NP will join an expanding interdisciplinary palliative care service to provide consultations and manage hospice admissions and discharges in an acute care setting.
