ST HILDA’S SCHOOL on the Gold Coast is seeking a customer-focused ICT Support Officer to provide Level 1–2 helpdesk and technical support to staff and students. You will deploy devices, manage endpoint policies, assist with Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and support classroom AV for assemblies and events.
Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, you will work in a faith-based girls’ school environment, with a robust emphasis on customer service and collaborative problem solving
